The facility is located approximately 5km southwest of the town of Sidvokodvo, eSwatini. The facility is being constructed on a split-contract basis with Andritz responsible for the turbine supply and installation, Inyatsi responsible for the civil balance of plant works, and Ampcor responsible for the electrical balance of plant works.

The facility is being constructed under a split-contract approach, with Vestas responsible for the wind turbine supply and installation, Raubex Infrastructure responsible for the civil and electrical balance of plant works, and a joint venture consisting of Adenco Construction and CSV Construction responsible for the Gamma Main Transmission Substation.
